Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States. We are working to expand to additional countries in the near future.
3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping (Free): 7–15 business days
Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days (fee may apply)
Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods such as holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the link provided or via our Order Tracking page on glownest.com.
5. Customs & Import Duties
Our products ship from our supplier warehouses. International customs fees or import duties are the buyer's responsibility, though for US-based customers this is typically not an issue.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
GlowNest is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal service first. If unresolved, email us at support@glownest.com and we will do our best to assist.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GlowNest is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
